Section 1

Introduction

Welcome to SZ88 (referred to herein as "SZ88", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and SZ88 in respect of your access to and use of the SZ88 website located at sz88.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference herein.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on SZ88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity — corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships are not eligible to register as individual Users.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify your eligibility under local law.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person is permitted.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed by a regulatory authority.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document (CNIC or equivalent).

SZ88 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals who are subject to gambling restrictions under a legal order or who reside in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.

Section 4

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of Platform services, you are required to complete the account registration process. You must provide a valid email address, a unique username, and a secure password. SZ88 recommends using a password of at least 12 characters comprising uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numerals, and special characters.

4.2 Account Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, truthful, and current. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. SZ88 shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.

4.3 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or different email addresses — are prohibited. SZ88 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any wagers or bonuses associated therewith.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. You must notify SZ88 support immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your Account. SZ88 shall not be held liable for losses resulting from User failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

Section 5

Terms of Use

By using the SZ88 Platform, you agree to the following general terms of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or syndicated betting activity unless explicitly authorised in writing by SZ88.
• You will not access the Platform via a virtual private network (VPN), proxy server, or any anonymising technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or account limits.
• You will not use the Platform in a manner that could cause damage, impairment, or overloading of the Platform's servers or infrastructure.
• You acknowledge that the outcome of casino games and sports betting markets is inherently uncertain and that no strategy, system, or software guarantees profitable results.
• You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and agree that SZ88 does not guarantee any return on funds wagered.
• You confirm that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited and accept full personal responsibility for compliance with your local laws.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Wagers

All wagers are subject to acceptance by SZ88. SZ88 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline, cancel, or limit any wager without providing a reason. Wagers accepted are binding on the User upon confirmation by the Platform.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all sports markets and casino games. These limits are displayed at the point of wager placement and are subject to change. Current limits for PKR accounts are visible in the cashier and within each game or market.

6.3 Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of a technical error, system fault, or manifest error resulting in the incorrect display of odds, payouts, or game outcomes, SZ88 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes. SZ88 is not obligated to honour results arising from a manifest error, regardless of whether the User was aware of the error at the time of wagering.

6.4 Cricket and Sports Markets

Cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments, bilateral series, and Test matches — are subject to specific sporting-event rules governing outcomes in the event of abandonment, postponement, no-result declarations, or DLS adjustments. Rules applicable to each market type are displayed within the relevant market.

6.5 Live Betting

In-play betting markets update continuously during live events. SZ88 employs automated systems to manage live odds. Wagers submitted during odds suspension or system delay may be rejected. Accepted in-play wagers are final once confirmed by the Platform.

Section 7

Bonuses & Promotions

SZ88 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives to registered Users. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers:

• Each promotion is subject to specific bonus terms including rollover requirements, minimum deposit thresholds (e.g., PKR 1,000), eligible games or markets, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps.
• Bonuses are credited to the User's account at SZ88's discretion following satisfaction of applicable qualifying criteria.
• Rollover requirements (also referred to as wagering requirements) must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated through the required wagering activity may be withdrawn, subject to maximum withdrawal limits stated in the specific bonus terms.
• SZ88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any bonus at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus has been or is being abused.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per eligible new account. Subsequent accounts created by the same person do not qualify for additional welcome bonuses.

Section 8

Deposits & Withdrawals

8.1 Deposit Methods

SZ88 offers various deposit methods relevant to Pakistani users. Familiar payment references in the Pakistan market include mobile wallets and bank transfer channels. However, the availability of any specific payment method is determined entirely by the operator's live cashier at the time of deposit — not by any marketing material or prior availability. Users must verify current payment options directly in the cashier.

Important: Payment providers referenced as familiar options in the Pakistan market — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah — are mentioned for contextual familiarity only. SZ88 does not represent that these providers endorse, permit, or support gambling transactions. Users must confirm with the relevant provider whether their use of the provider's service for gambling-related transactions is permissible under the provider's own terms and applicable law.

8.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The User's Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal methods available to the User are determined by the Platform's cashier at the time of the request.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change.
• SZ88 reserves the right to request additional documentation as part of the withdrawal review process.
• Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements (e.g., bonus rollover conditions) are not eligible for withdrawal.

8.3 Currency

Pakistani Rupee (PKR) is the default account currency for Pakistani users. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the User and are governed by the rates applied by the User's payment provider.

8.4 Anti-Money Laundering

SZ88 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with the requirements of its operating jurisdiction. SZ88 reserves the right to freeze, withhold, or return funds and to report suspicious activity where required by law or regulatory obligation.

Section 9

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the SZ88 Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, and any related funds or winnings may be voided or forfeited:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting eligibility criteria.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including chip-dumping in poker or collusion in sports betting syndicates.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, artificial wagering patterns, or other strategies designed to circumvent bonus rollover requirements without genuine risk of loss.
• Automated Software: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated wagering tools that interact with the Platform without human input.
• Money Laundering: Use of the Platform in any manner that facilitates the concealment of the source of funds or the conversion of criminal proceeds.
• Match Fixing and Integrity Violations: Placing wagers on events in which the User has insider knowledge or has participated in any arrangement to influence the outcome.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access the Platform's back-end systems, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or interfering with Platform security controls.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or allowing another person to use your Account where that person is below the minimum age requirement.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content on the SZ88 Platform — including but not limited to the SZ88 name, logo, brand identity, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of SZ88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing Platform content without prior written authorisation from SZ88;
• Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works from Platform content;
• Using Platform content for commercial purposes or in connection with any third-party service;
• Reverse-engineering or decompiling any software component of the Platform.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SZ88 excludes all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from the User's use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of funds resulting from User error, system downtime, connectivity issues, or unauthorised account access attributable to User negligence;
• Losses arising from reliance on information, guides, or promotional content published on the Platform, which is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only;
• Any financial harm resulting from gambling activity conducted through the Platform;
• Third-party payment provider delays, errors, or refusals that affect deposit or withdrawal processing.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit SZ88's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by SZ88's gross negligence where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

Section 12

Responsible Gambling

SZ88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a means of income generation or a response to financial hardship. The following player-protection tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases may be subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set a maximum loss threshold per session or per defined time period. Reaching a loss limit triggers an automatic session pause.
• Session Time Limits: Users may cap the duration of individual gambling sessions. Automatic reality-check notifications alert Users to elapsed time during extended sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary suspension or permanent self-exclusion from their Account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly.
• Account Cooling-Off: Users may request a short-term account suspension without formal self-exclusion.

SZ88 strongly encourages any User who believes their gambling is causing harm — to themselves or others — to make use of these tools immediately and to seek external support. 18+ only (or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction). Local laws may restrict gambling.

Section 13

Termination

13.1 Termination by SZ88

SZ88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account, with or without notice, in the event that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• SZ88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or abusive conduct;
• KYC verification has failed or the User has refused to provide required documentation;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require SZ88 to restrict the User's access;
• The User is found to have been ineligible to register an Account at the time of registration.

Where an Account is closed due to verified prohibited conduct, SZ88 reserves the right to void associated wagers and bonuses and to withhold related funds pending investigation.

13.2 Termination by the User

Users may close their Account at any time by contacting SZ88 support. Prior to closure, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified balances free of bonus restrictions will be returned to the User via the applicable withdrawal method, subject to KYC requirements.

Section 14

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SZ88 holds its operating licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is available upon request by contacting SZ88 support.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any subsequent amendments or provincial legislation may apply to their participation in online gambling activities. SZ88 does not provide legal advice. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising between SZ88 and a User shall, where practicable, be resolved through SZ88's internal complaints process in the first instance. Details of the complaints process are available through the Platform's support centre.

Section 15

Amendments

SZ88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be notified to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or through a notice displayed on the Platform at login.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the amendment's effective date.
